Nordic School Menu 2020/2021

Our excellent kitchen staff cooks fresh and nutritious meals for all our students and staff every day. The menu is a 4 week rotating menu (see weekly menus below). We strive to offer a variety of traditional Nordic dishes, continental dishes and local dishes from Tanzania. 

Monday

Main Dish:      Dhal with rice

Vegetable:     Green beans, carrot sticks, cauliflower

Snacks:          Waffles (no eggs), watermelon

Tuesday

Main Dish:      Chicken and vegetable soup, pasta & bread roll

Vegetable:     Cucumber sticks, broccoli, green peas

Snacks:           Squash bread, banana

Wednesday

Main Dish:      Pizza vegetarian and meat

Vegetable:     Carrot sticks, broccoli, cucumber sticks

Snacks:           Plain yoghurt, mixed fruit salad

Main Dish:      Meat balls, mashed potatoes, and sauce

Vegetable:     Green peas, cucumber sticks, cauliflower

Snacks:           Rice bread

Main Dish:      Sandwiches & smoothie
